Perfume Worldwide is currently looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our growing Asia team! The Marketing Analyst will analyze performance and provide actionable insights. Ensures data is relevant and accessible, help define metrics, build KPIs, perform analysis, and suggest improvements to the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing business conditions, including pricing, cost and budget consequent to engaging in strategic planning and decision.
- Understand the company costing, purchasing cycle, and pricing construction.
- Extract sales data from each account; create monthly and quarterly supply chain and sales forecast.
- Identify the best target market for different product lines to develop the business.
- Aim to different group of consumer, launch creative campaigns.
- Measure the marketing effectiveness of campaigns and product promotions.
- Outstanding communication skills, can corporate with teams.
- Develop the annual business development plans that reflect the right balance.
- Focus and manage quality.
- Plan different campaigns and keep a track its effectiveness through sales, page reviews, ACOS, and online store visitors.
- Gather data in terms of consumers, competitors and market conditions.
- Keep track Asian trends to understand tendency and to discover new and hot products.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Economics or Market Research or Math or Business Management.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge with an understanding of advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present analytics to a wide range of constituents in a relatable and understandable manner.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
- Background in purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations a plus.
